Thank you for shopping with Inoar South Africa. We value your business and are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read our shipping, returns, and refund policy carefully.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping within South Africa at a flat rate of R150 for all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R2000 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if this is the case.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to South Africa.

Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Certain items, such as opened and personal care products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@inoar.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact customer service to log an exchange for your damaged or defective product on warehouse@inoar.co.za

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Salon Packages

Refund Policy

1. Refunds Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@inoar.co.za.

3. Refunds for Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
