Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Inoar supplies strictly to the Hair and Salon industry, to Qualified Beauty Therapists; Hair Salons; Consumers that wish to better the quality of their hair. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/client indemnifies and holds the Company harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the Clients personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Client and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.

The Company undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. Nextend Social Login collects data when a visitor register, login or link the account with any of the enabled social provider. It collects the following data: email address, name, social provider identifier and access token. Also, it can collect profile picture and more fields with the Pro Addon’s sync data feature.
